41ok Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Management
Your 41ok account is funded through Nagad, Upay and Bank Transfer — the three payment routes we have configured for Bangladesh. Open the Banking section inside your account to see the routes available to you, the fields to fill in and the current limits shown there.
Putting money into your 41ok account starts at the Banking tab once you are logged in. We have set Nagad as the primary deposit channel — it is the route most accounts in Bangladesh use first. Upay is ready as an alternative if your Nagad wallet is unavailable, and Bank Transfer covers those who prefer moving funds directly from a registered bank account.
Log in and open Banking
From your account home, tap the Banking or Deposit tab. The available payment routes appear immediately on screen.
Choose Nagad, Upay or Bank Transfer
Select the route that matches your wallet or bank. Each route shows its own fields and the current minimum amount.
Enter the amount and confirm
Type the amount you want to deposit, check the details shown on screen, then confirm the transaction through your wallet or bank app.
Balance reflects in your account
Once the transaction completes on the payment side, your 41ok account balance updates. Check Account History if the balance does not show straight away.
MOVING FUNDS OUT
Withdraw Funds Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawals on 41ok follow a similar path to deposits but with a few extra checks in place. Head to the Banking tab, then select Withdrawal. You will need to pick the same payment method you used to deposit — Nagad, Upay or Bank Transfer — because we route payouts back to the originating wallet or account as a standard account-protection measure. The amount field and any withdrawal minimum are displayed on the screen at the time you request; use those figures, not estimates from elsewhere.
Open the Withdrawal screen
Log in, go to Banking, then select Withdrawal. The screen confirms which payment methods are active on your account.
Select your payout method
Choose Nagad, Upay or Bank Transfer — ideally the same route used for your most recent deposit — and enter your wallet number or bank details.
Enter the amount and submit
Type the withdrawal amount within the limits shown on screen, review the summary, then submit the request.
Complete any verification step shown
If the screen flags a pending verification item, follow the on-screen instruction before the request can be processed.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Account Checks on 41ok
Account verification on 41ok is handled through the fields and instructions shown inside your own account area. We do not publish a fixed document list here because the fields presented to you depend on your account status at the time you are asked to verify. When verification is required, a prompt appears — either at the point of withdrawal or inside the Account Settings section. Follow only what the screen asks you to submit; do not send documents through any route that is not shown there.
Check your account prompt
Verification requests appear inside your account — at the Banking screen or in Account Settings. Follow the instructions shown there, not guidance from external sources.
Submit only what the screen requests
The fields displayed tell you exactly what to provide. Do not send additional documents through chat or email unless the support team asks you to.
Contact support if you are unsure
If a verification step is unclear, reach the support team through the contact route published in your account before taking any action.
Keep a record of submissions
Save confirmation messages or screenshots after submitting any verification item. These are useful if you need to follow up on the status later.
CONFIGURED PAYMENT ROUTES
Payment Methods on 41ok
Three payment routes are configured for Bangladesh accounts on 41ok. Nagad handles most deposit and withdrawal requests as the primary channel. Upay is available as a direct alternative when you prefer a different mobile wallet. Bank Transfer is the third route for accounts linked to a registered bank. Availability of each method on your account depends on your region and account status as shown at login.
Nagad
Nagad is the primary wallet channel on 41ok for Bangladesh accounts. Enter your Nagad number in the Banking screen and follow the confirmation steps shown in the Nagad app.
Upay
Upay is available as a mobile wallet alternative. Select Upay in the deposit or withdrawal screen, enter your registered Upay number and confirm through your Upay account.
Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer lets you move funds directly from a registered Bangladesh bank account. The Banking screen displays the account details and reference number to use for each transaction.
MATCHING YOUR TRANSACTIONS
Cross-Check Wallet and Account Records
After any deposit or withdrawal, your 41ok account history and your wallet transaction record should both reflect the same movement of funds. If they do not match, the reference number attached to the transaction is the detail that links both sides. Keep this reference until your balance confirms correctly, especially for Bank Transfer transactions where the reference appears in both your bank statement and the account history on 41ok.
Transaction reference number
Every deposit and withdrawal generates a reference number shown in your account history. Note this number from your wallet or bank confirmation — it is the primary link between the two records.
Status labels in account history
Your 41ok account history shows a status label for each transaction: pending, processing or completed. A pending status means the transaction has been submitted but not yet settled on both sides.
Account history location
Find the full transaction log under Account History inside your account. It lists the date, method, amount and current status for every banking action taken on your account.
Evidence to keep
Save the wallet confirmation message or bank transfer receipt until your account balance shows the correct figure. If you need to raise a query with support, this evidence shortens the resolution process.
ACCOUNT AND TRANSACTION SAFETY
Safeguards Around Your 41ok Banking
Your account and payment activity on 41ok are protected through a set of verification and access controls built into the account flow. Before entering any payment details, confirm you are on the correct 41ok domain. We ask that wallet details submitted for deposits or withdrawals match the identity registered on your account — mismatched wallet ownership is the most common reason a transaction is held for review. If you suspect any unusual activity on your account, use the support route published inside your account immediately.
Domain check before banking
Always verify the URL shows 41ok before entering your payment details or account credentials. Bookmark the correct address so you do not land on a look-alike domain by accident.
Identity and wallet matching
The wallet or bank account you use for deposits must be registered in the same name as your 41ok account. Transactions from a mismatched wallet are flagged automatically and held pending review.
Wallet ownership on withdrawals
Withdrawals are sent back to the wallet or bank account linked to your profile. We do not send funds to a third-party account, which prevents misdirected payouts and protects your balance.
Published support path
If a transaction appears incorrect or your account shows unexpected activity, contact 41ok support through the channel listed inside your account. Do not share account credentials with anyone claiming to be support outside that published route.
BANKING QUESTIONS ANSWERED
41ok Banking — Common Questions
These questions cover the banking scenarios that come up most often for accounts in Bangladesh. Check your account screen for the current limits and method availability that apply to your specific account.
Which payment method should I use to deposit into 41ok?
Nagad is the primary deposit route we have configured for Bangladesh accounts. If Nagad is unavailable on your device, Upay and Bank Transfer are both ready alternatives visible in the Banking screen once you log in.
Why has my deposit not shown in my account balance yet?
Check your Account History for the transaction status. If it shows pending, the payment may still be settling on the wallet side. Note the reference number from your Nagad, Upay or bank confirmation and contact support if the status does not update.
Can I withdraw to a different Nagad number than the one I deposited from?
Withdrawals are routed back to the wallet or bank account registered on your profile. If you need to update your linked wallet number, follow the steps shown in Account Settings and contact support to confirm the change before requesting a withdrawal.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount on 41ok?
The minimum amount is displayed in the Withdrawal screen at the time you submit a request. We do not publish a fixed figure here because it can vary by payment method and account status. Check the screen for the current figure that applies to your account.
My withdrawal is showing as pending — what should I do?
A pending withdrawal status means the request has been received but not yet settled. Keep the transaction reference number from your account history. If the status has not moved after a reasonable period, contact support through the published route inside your account with that reference number ready.
Do I need to complete verification before I can withdraw?
If your account has a pending verification step, the withdrawal screen will show the action required before the request can proceed. Follow only the instructions displayed in your account area; contact support through the published channel if any step is unclear.
